Don’t Suffer with Buffer

I was so excited for the option for fiber optics in La Veta. The folks at Jade were responsive and helpful from calling to set up, following up for information, putting the cable in and installing the router. The service is super fast and Jade provides all types of controls and options that are great. I joyfully shut down my previous service provider (for >10 years).

Jade fiber has been amazing! Lots of bandwidth and no delay that we had with our previous satellite Internet service. Their customer support has been fantastic. Very responsive. No waiting on hold for long periods. They resolved an early issue porting our phone number in about 5 minutes. There aren’t many providers who provide this high level of customer support.

I am so happy with my new internet service! The speeds are incredible, and I can stream videos, play games, and download files without any lag. The person I talked to when i was settings stuff up in the app was very helpful and kind, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very impressed with the service so far, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This company is the best communication company I’ve ever worked with. Mel took such good care of us the entire time. We had to run fiberoptic all the way from the highway to our house which is about 3/4 of a mile. The splicing team was perfect. Dax the final installer was amazing. Great skill set. We’ve take our house from 1.2 megs/s with century link to 1 Gig/s with Jade. Absolute game changer. This company is a benchmark. Do it like Jade does and you’ll never go wrong.
