Jade Communications (GoJade, Jade) does not guarantee that all viruses, spyware, etc. will be removed from the computer. Jade does not guarantee that the machine will run like new, nor does it guarantee the safety of any data, hardware or resources on the machine before or after the repair. The customer acknowledges responsibility for backing up data before delivering the equipment to Jade. Jade does not guarantee that the machine will run better after its visit due to the nature of spyware and virus. The Customer agrees that all charges are due and payable before the equipment may be released to the Customer, unless other payment arrangements have been made. The customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of any collection agency (up to 50% of the outstanding bill), attorney fee’s, court costs or any other miscellaneous fees used by Jade to collect past due amounts. The Customer agrees that Jade may retain the equipment as security until payment is received in full or until satisfactory payment arrangements are made. The customer agrees that if the equipment is left at Jade for a period exceeding 90 days from the repair date, the equipment may be sold to recover unpaid amounts. These provisions shall not be construed to preclude Jade other lawful rights to collect the full amount owed.
By submitting an application, I agree to pay all charges within 10 days of issuance and to pay all reasonable costs of any collection agency (up to 50% of the outstanding bill), attorney, court or other miscellaneous fees used to collect the past due amounts.
