When your signal travels 340 miles to space and back, you feel it.
Starlink satellites orbit at around 340 miles above Earth. Every request — loading a page, joining a video call, taking a shot in a game — travels up to a satellite and back before anything happens. For streaming, that may be barely noticeable. For video calls and gaming, it shows. And when weather or obstructions block your dish, performance drops.
Jade delivers internet from right here — fiber where we’ve built it, advanced fixed wireless where we haven’t yet. Built to stand up to Colorado weather.
Meet Jade, the Modern Local Alternative.

Why Jade isn’t 100% fiber
and what we use where we’re not
We’d be 100% fiber everywhere if we could. Local permitting and rural terrain mean we can’t trench fiber to every home on the timeline we’d want. Where we can build it in the San Luis Valley — Alamosa, Antonito, La Jara, Center — we do. We also build it to places like La Veta, Cuchara, and Huerfano County. Where we can’t yet, we deploy advanced fixed wireless.

” I work from home, and Jade had me fully connected with a clean, professional setup in under an hour. Zero stress, zero disruption.”

4.6 stars, 494 reviews, #1 in Colorado. 83 NPS. We’re proud of that. Our customers give us an independently measured Net Promoter Score of 83. That’s not a marketing number — it’s a customer satisfaction benchmark, and it’s one of the highest in the industry for a regional provider.
But no one is perfect. What’s different is what happens when something goes wrong. We’re local — 129 Santa Fe Ave, Alamosa. When you have a problem, you talk to the people who built the network. Not a call center.
